Joe is a Public Health & Preventive Medicine medical specialist and Professor in the School of Population and Global Health, McGill University. He is a medical consultant, Sexually Transmitted and Bloodborne Infections team, Montréal Regional Public Health Department and staff physician, Chronic Viral Illness Service, McGill University Health Centre. He has more than 20 years’ experience undertaking biobehavioural surveillance and epidemiological research to understand risks for STBBIs and related health outcomes among key populations.
