Bio
Jad Sinno (they/them) is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. They are a queer, non-binary, Shami Arab who immigrated to K’jipuktuk (colonially: Halifax), Miꞌkmaꞌki, in 2004. They hold a PhD in Public Health (UofT, 2024) and MSc in Psychiatry Research (Dalhousie University, 2020). They are a mixed methods scholar with research interests including the social and cultural determinants of health for multiply marginalized communities, virtual socio-sexual spaces, and human-technology interactions.
