Biographie
Celeste Pang is an Assistant Professor in Women's & Gender Studies at Mount Royal University. Celeste's research and teaching engages closely with critical disability studies, critical gerontology, and queer and trans studies to examine social issues related to aging, disability, and care access and equity. Many of their projects concern 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Prior to joining MRU, Celeste worked as a community-based researcher and held an Alzheimer Society Research Program Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Toronto. Celeste is co-founder and co-lead of the QriTical: queer + trans research hub.
